Terms of Service
•The VipSex platform is provided as a SaaS tool for licensed video chat studios. By using the platform, you agree to these terms.
•Studios are responsible for ensuring all operators and models using the platform comply with applicable laws and platform-specific terms of service.
•VipSex provides AI-powered chat automation tools. Studios retain full responsibility for content generated and conversations conducted through the system.
•We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.
Privacy Policy
•We collect studio account information (name, email, billing details) and platform usage data necessary to provide and improve the service.
•Chat data processed through our AI systems is used exclusively for training studio-specific models. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
•Data ownership remains with the studio. You can request full data export or deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
•We use industry-standard encryption (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) to protect all data processed through our systems.
Data Processing Agreement
•VipSex acts as a data processor on behalf of studios (data controllers) under GDPR and applicable EU data protection regulations.
•All data is processed and stored within EU-based infrastructure. No data transfers outside the European Economic Area without explicit consent.
•We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments.
•Data retention: active account data is retained for the duration of the contract. Upon termination, all data is deleted within 30 days unless legally required.
Cookie Policy
•We use only essential cookies required for platform functionality: session management, authentication, and security tokens.
•No third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies are used on the VipSex platform.
•Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are necessary for the platform to function. They expire at the end of your session or after 30 days.
